Absolutely exceptional stay! The impactful mountain views from the Deluxe Double Room took my breath away every morning. Staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast buffet was gigantic and delicious, served with a stunning backdrop. The adjoining pool was lovely for a refreshing dip after exploring. They even offer a complimentary drive to the cable car, making travel convenient. the balcony had limited seating with only one chair and no table, making it uncomfortable for a drink outside. The dining area was closed one day for a private function, impacting guest breakfast experience. It would be much better if they could avoid private bookings that hinder guest services. a beautiful place to stay, just a few tweaks needed for the little things to make it perfect!

The yoga instructor offered a calming session, and it would greatly enhance the experience to have more props and an open space facing the mountains.
The walls in the bedrooms are quite thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms, which can be disruptive at times.

The view from my Deluxe Double Room was stunning, but the walls were too thin.

The yoga instructor delivered a decent session, and the props available could enhance the experience if more were utilized. The Deluxe Double or Twin Room featured a stunning view, allowing for enjoyment of the scenery right from the room.
Lack of a mini bar or fridge in the room was disappointing, especially since space was available. The balcony was cramped with inadequate seating for two, making it tough to relax outside. The pool table was in rough shape, with only one usable cue, while the dining area was unavailable one day due to a private function, impacting the breakfast experience. Taxis booked through the hotel were considerably overpriced compared to local rates.

Had a blast with friends! The rooftop pool was perfect for chilling after hiking and zip-flying. The staff were super warm and made our stay feel special. Don't miss the fun activities around the lodge, like paragliding and jungle walks. Meals were delicious too, enhancing our overall experience.
One thing to note, the access road right in front needs some serious repair. it’s a bit bumpy.

Couple's perfect getaway
We had an lovely evening when the staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated room for our post-wedding stay. The warm bottle of water every night was just what we needed after trekking around, such a thoughtful touch that made the experience really comfortable.
It wasn’t cheap, but considering the experience, it was still reasonable enough.
